Join us for unlimited classes that will teach you the basics, ages 5 and up.
Unlimited Class Memberships are $49/month & Warrior $45/month.
Athletes will train in a fun, positive, energetic and motivating environment! Focus
will be on learning the basics of cheer. Basic stunts, tumbling, jumps, motions, and more!! Teams and individuals are welcome! Fill out the form to the right to access our fall class schedule.
Tumble Tech: In this class, beginners learn how to forward and backward roll, cartwheels, block cartwheels, handstands, and back bends.
Walkovers: Pre-requisite is passing Tumble Tech. Athlete’s must test out of Tumble Tech to take this class. In this class, athlete’s learn how to do front and back walkovers with proper technique. Proper technique includes pointed toes and straight legs, proper head placement (arms by ears).
BHS (Back-handspring): Pre-requisite is passing Walkover’s. Athlete’s must test out of Walkover’s to take this class. In this class, athlete’s learn how to do a back handspring with proper technique. Proper technique includes legs together, toes pointed and arms by ears when you take off for your back handspring, stick and stand landing.
Aerials: Pre-requisite is passing Tumble Tech. Athlete’s must test out of Tumble Tech to take this class. This class is popular among dancer’s. In this class, athlete’s learn how to do aerials with proper technique. Proper technique includes pointed toes, straight legs, and arms tucked into the chest.
Tucks: Pre-requisite is passing Back Handspring. Athlete’s must test out of Back Handspring to take this class. In this class, athlete’s learn how to do running, standing tucks and punch fronts with proper technique. Proper technique includes proper height, legs and arms tucked in together while air Bourne and a stick and stand landing.
Layouts/Fulls: Pre-requisite is passing Tucks. Athlete’s must test out of Tucks to take this class. In this class, athlete’s learn how to do running, standing layouts and fulls with proper technique. Proper technique includes proper height, legs and arms clean to sides while air bourne and a stick and stand landing.
Strength & Conditioning: There are no pre-requisites for this class. This class is run with different stations focusing on all the muscles needed and used for tumbling and cheer. Muscle groups worked in the class include but are not limited to, core, legs, arms, back, wrists, and ankles.
FLEX: There are no pre-requisites for this class. This class focusing on stretching and strengthening the athlete’s legs and back and core for proper body positions and jumps for flyers and dancers.
Jumps: There are no pre-requisites for this class. This class focusing on increasing jump height and motions for cheerleaders and dancers.
Performance/Half Year Cheer Team. Learn a routine and perform at Showcase for all your family and friends to see! Practice only 1 time per week and learn the basics of cheer! For more information, click here.
Warrior: Get up and moving! Boys and Girls learn the basic motor movements and engage muscle groups needed for all sports. Have fun gaining muscle and body control in a Ninja Warrior environment. Athletes will learn a movements, rolls, flips, jumps, and kicks in a skill set work and obstacle courses that will keep them engaged and moving for a full 55 minute class. Athletes will try different things and learn something new every class. $49/month for NON ALL STAR/NON WARRIOR
$45/month for WARRIOR PROGRAM ONLY

Unlimited Class Membership FAQ's
*12 Month Membership Contract (w/ automatic monthly installments), minimum of 6 months before allowed to cancel.
*There is a $20 registration fee at sign up.
Registration fee is incorporated for set up and maintenance of online membership account. If membership is canceled registration fee will be applied again upon sign up.
* Automatic Membership Renewal after 12 month term is up.
*Membership Hold Policy
Accounts can be kept on hold up to 6 months with $10 hold fee.
Once 6 month term is up memberships will automatically renew.
